Five to ten. A 5–6 year old does the colouring, coin matching and circling on their own and enjoys the story pages sitting beside you. From about 7 upwards they work through most of it alone, including the pricing, change-making and savings tracker pages. Nothing is wasted at either end — a younger child grows into the later pages over the next year or two.
Different age, different approach. This series is for 5–10 and starts with a maths activity book, then follows Penny, Max and Nani through a business and a money diary. The Young Founder Series is for 8–14 and is workbook-led, going deeper into building and selling a product. Many families buy this one first and move up later.
English, with short sentences and heavy illustration support — most pages can be followed from the pictures alone. Everything is in rupees and set in an Indian market, so a child in an English-medium or semi-English school will read it comfortably.
